    Awesome picture Paz, the weather looks so pretty in NY…the balloons must be for the holidays celebration…and I am sure that many people had to be content without it.

    Poor balloons! I wonder if for each one you see, there is a child that got upset at seeing his/her balloon escape. Have a great week!
