   No, I don’t use it. I think I tried once and did not get a good feeling about it.

   Horchata! It’s necessary and tasty, in there. Also – it’s somewhat necessary for pumpkin pie, although we’ve done decent vegan ones. Can’t get away from it in horchata, though.
