An interesting subject to photograph!

Thanks, Rosa. They were sitting there, waiting for me to photograph them.

I can imagine too. However, I have never bought a fresh pineapple: I am sort of intimidated by it.
I had a very delicious pineapple upside-down cake the other day. Pineapple is the best.
There are so many things to make with this gorgeous fruit. First a great Pina Colada and then Tacos al Pastor which is one of my favorites.
Great picture…..
Oh Simona: Don’t be intimidated. Next time you see a nice ripe one, buy it! Fresh pineapples taste SO good!

Nicole: Now you make me want to make a pineapple upside down cake. I’d love to have a slice right about now.
Norma: Yum to the Pina Colada. Oh! You’d have to show me how to make a Tacos al Pastor. I’ve never had that before but I know I want it.
