    Well … I prefer the red, as well, but they have the nasty tendency to really stick to my breath – even after brushing my teeth! So, I’m stuck with white or yellow, to preserve the peace. ;)

    I love red in my sandwiches and salads, and white for cooking.

    Paz, this is such a great shot! I can see every line on those onions! I don’t like onions but I do use yellow onions when I cook. Have a great weekend! :)
