New York Monday
December 7, 2009 | Filed Under New York Monday

Pretty Baker of PrettyBaking in Israel recently asked me if she should expect a snow photo for New York Monday. As you can see, the answer is no. It did snow on Saturday evening but not enough to stick to anything. By Sunday morning, everything looked back to normal, except the weather’s finally been colder. I’m actually glad we don’t have any snow. I’m so NOT ready for snow or winter. *le sigh*
So, here’s a non-snow photo.
Since movies are constantly filmed here, movie trailers are a familiar sight all over the city. These trailers appeared overnight on Riverside Drive. Usually there are signs posted with information about the movie or T.V. show being filmed but this time I didn’t see any. Hmmm… I wonder…
Have a great week, everyone.
Paz

Lucy? Desi? I wonder who the real occupants were.

I LOVE Lucy!! LOL!
No snow here either, but the sky is so gloomy and dreary and grey … I’d wish for movie trailers here, to have a change from all the dullness that happens ( or does not happen) here.
New York can be so beautiful in the snow- especially if it’s just a dusting. We woke to rain here in Santa Monica. And not just a drizzle- real rain! I love rainy Mondays. Have a lovely week!
I have never seen movie trailers, so thank you Paz for showing these. I also wonder who the occupants are and also how the trailer looks inside. Have a great week!
With or without snow – I still love your pics! And I LOVE Lucy, too
xoxo Thanks
No snow in New York, but we woke up to lots here in New Mexico, lol!
Hi Jientje: I think it would be fun to make a movie in Belgium!
Hi Karina: I love rainy Mondays, too.
Yes, the city can look magical on a snow day but then the snow melts or gets dirty and black and then there’s no more magical look.
Hi Simona: Maybe one day, we’ll have an opportunity to visit a very nice movie trailer and meet a nice actor or two.
Hi Dorit: I love Lucy, too!
Hey there Terry: Wow! Lots of snow in New Mexico? Interesting! I trust that you enjoyed your snowy day.
Thanks for stopping by, everyone!
