&lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;&quot;I actually just used coarse salt for my pretzels.  Alton Brown&#039;s recipe calls for pretzel salt, i wonder if it&#039;s just kosher salt?  I&#039;ve never heard of pretzel salt.  The only place I would suggest is online searching or else a specialty foods store like Williams Sonoma...hope that helps&quot;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/I&gt;
