Yummy meatballs! During my college days, I used to make a lot of meatballs so I can put them in noodles, soups, whatever....but I always end up snacking on them at night.

Hi Lydia: I love that the meatballs are spicy. I like the idea of your ground turkey with the falafel mix. yum!

Hi Anh: I liked the addition of the balsamic vinegar. Made a big difference to me.

Hi Tanna: I think this is a great salad, too!

Hi Ilva: Yes! I will participate in the event. Who knows? Perhaps, I'll have another apron by then. ;-)

Hi Sra: I love that everything is fresh is this salad.

Hi Kalyn: I used something similar to the sambal oelek. It comes in a tube.

Hi Cooking Ninja: Welcome! I hope your hubby likes it. Let me know.

Hi Ari: It's a very satisfying dish.

Hi Melissa: The meatballs make them extra special! ;-)

Hi Kat: The salad is perfect for the summer -- light yet filling.

Hi Nora B: Welcome! LOL! I'm glad you've been convinced especially wiht the meatballs. I like spicy foods, too. You'll love the meatballs. ;-)

Hi Rosa: Yes, definitely perfect for picnics and light dinners!

Thanks for stopping by, everyone!

Best,
Paz
