Luckily, I didn't have that experience. The people I saw on this boat didn't seem to be drinking. The sat upstairs and stood on the front deck, seemingly mesmerized by the view. Then I realized I was surrounded by a lot of people getting inebriated at a very rapid pace. For three hours.
