		<description>Sad to say, I don&#039;t think Riverside will ever again allow visitors to the bell tower. The reason it closed wasn&#039;t just structural testing, but the rebuilding of the carillon, which took about 7 years. 

AIUI, something about the new configuration of the bells means they can&#039;t allow people up any longer, which sounds permanent. :sad:</description>
