		<description>Addendum: omitting the Marsala was just a suggestion, based on my mother&#039;s recipe. I also like the coffee flavor unmitigated. Not that I don&#039;t like Marsala: in fact, zabaglione is one of my favorite desserts.</description>

		<description>I found it! My mother&#039;s recipe is slightly different (no surprise!). Try to omit the Marsala next time, and as for coffee, are you familiar with the moka, the stovetop coffee maker? One of my early posts mentions it: http://briciole.typepad.com/blog/2007/05/un_caff.html 
It will give you a very good coffee at a fraction of the cost of an espresso machine. We can talk more, if you are interested. :)</description>
